Return Process

  Log in to your Tuvalum account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Technical Assessment

  Our team of mechanics will review your request to ensure the bicycle or gear remains in the same certified condition as when it was delivered.

  Secure Collection

  Once approved, we will arrange a specialized courier to pick up the bike from your home using our custom protective packaging to prevent transit damage.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our workshop confirms the item's integrity, we will process your full refund or exchange credit within 3 to 5 business days.
